* 3/4 lb. ham, thickly sliced
* 1/2 c. apple cider
* 2 tsp. cornstarch
* 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
* 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1. In small saucepan combine glaze ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
2. Brown ham on both sides in skillet.
3. Pour glaze over steaks, turning to coat; cook on medium-low heat for 3 min. per side.
